Queen Elizabeth misses opening of UK Parliament for first time in nearly 60 years
Queen Elizabeth missed the opening of the U.K.'s parliament for the first time in nearly six decades. It's only the third time the 96-year-old has failed to open parliament since first taking the throne 70 years ago. CBS News foreign correspondent Holly Williams has more.
