Punxsutawney Phil predicts early spring on Groundhog Day
Groundhog Day 2024 is here and Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow, predicting an early spring. According to the Stormfax Almanac, though, Phil has only predicted correctly 39% of the time since his first recorded prediction in 1887.
