Pope Francis releases letter on sex abuse scandal

Pope Francis became the first pope to write directly to the world's Catholics about the church's sex abuse scandal. He said the church abandoned its children, and begged victims for forgiveness. CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford reports.
