All right, let's jump over to the White House. You're looking at CBS News Chief White House Correspondent Nancy Cordes. Nancy, you are covering the Pentagon's investigation into Senator Mark Kelly, which we've been discussing this morning. Help our viewers understand why Kelly is the only one against whom the Pentagon has announced an investigation, even though he appeared in a video with many other people. Right. So while Kelly appeared in this video with five other Democratic members of Congress, who were all either veterans of the military or veterans of the intelligence community, he is the only one who retired at a rank in the US military that would make him eligible for recall and possibly court martial. So that is why the Pentagon and the defense secretary are focusing on him, accusing him of, quote, "interfering with the morale, good order, and discipline of US troops" when he made that video reminding troops that they do not have to obey illegal orders. Here at the White House yesterday, officials were making the case that, basically, he is casting doubt in the minds of US troops when he can't list a single order that has been issued by the president for troops that is illegal. On Face theNation this weekend, Kelly said that he's worried that President Trump will issue such an order. Take a listen. This president, from before he was in office, as he was a candidate, to the time he was in office in his first administration, has said things that cause us great concern. Kelly noted that there are legal questions swirling around the president's orders to take out drug boats off the coast of Venezuela, noted that other countries have questioned the legality of those strikes as well, Errol. All right, Nancy Cordes at the White House, thank you.
