Pennsylvania officer charged with voluntary manslaughter

Jonathan Roselle, a rookie police officer in Pennsylvania, has been charged with voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of an unarmed man. Roselle of the South Whitehall Township Police Department surrendered to authorities Tuesday. He's accused of killing Joseph Santos last month after responding to a call outside an Allentown amusement park. Nikki Battiste reports.
