Another partial shutdown looms as lawmakers remain at odds over immigration enforcement

The Department of Homeland Security is set to run out of portions of its funding at 12 a.m. Saturday, forcing some federal employees like TSA officers to work without pay after Congress failed to reach a deal again. Senate Democrats said the White House would not go far enough with changes to immigration enforcement.
