MTA was warned about malfunctioning security cameras ahead of subway attack
In 2018 and 2019, inspectors issued warnings about New York City subway security cameras having a malfunction risk. Now investigators say the system malfunctioned at the Brooklyn station where yesterday's shooting took place.
