More U.S. workers may be harmed than helped by Trump tariffs
President Trump signed proclamations imposing tariffs on steel and aluminum Thursday, saying it will lead to a revival of those two industries. While 140,000 workers could benefit, there are 6.5 million workers in industries that use steel that could be harmed. CBS News national correspondent Chip Reid has more.
