Minority-owned businesses hope for loans from Paycheck Protection Program
The first round of the federal government's Paycheck Protection Program faced heavy criticism after large public companies scooped up loans meant for small businesses. As CBS News political reporter Grace Segers reports, this time around small and minority-owned businesses are hoping for their chance to get low-interest loans to survive the coronavirus shutdown.
