Lofgren says Trump intended to “accelerate that violence”
Rep. Zoe Lofgren, a California Democrat who sits on the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection, says former President Trump intended to accelerate the violence against then-Vice President Mike Pence with his tweet on Jan. 6, and Americans need to stand up against political violence.
