Lindsay Clancy's lawyer files new emergency motion on sidebars

Lindsay Clancy's defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, has filed an emergency motion requesting for the court to stop holding sidebars on any subsequent proceedings and instead handle all matters in open court. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul reports.
