The testimony came as the family of Seal Steward, the only camper still missing, tries to stop any cleanup at Camp Mystic of what they say could be evidence for their lawsuit. Mystic is getting ready to reopen this summer at a campus next door on higher ground than where the deadly flooding happened.

The Texas Health Services Department sent a letter to Mystic last week informing them they were reviewing hundreds of comments and complaints about the camp's plan to reopen. This is really some of the most detail that we have heard directly from the Eastland family since this flood happened. Now, more testimony is expected to continue today, maybe even have this hearing completed. After that, a judge is going to decide if this temporary injunction that is in place will stay in place or not. The camp wants to be able to get in and start cleanup and doing more repairs there.
