Lawmakers to vote on bill to set Supreme Court ethics

The Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to vote on legislation to set up a formal code of conduct for the Supreme Court next week. This comes in the wake of new reports raising questions about the ethics of two justices within the nation's highest court.
