Justice Department charges Rep. LaMonica McIver, union leader in ICE protests

The Justice Department pressed charges against New Jersey Rep. LaMonica McIver after an incident outside a Newark immigration center. Also, David Huerta, president of the California division of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), has been charged with criminal conspiracy for his arrest at an anti-ICE protest in L.A.
