Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City Sunday killed at least 42 people, the deadliest single attack in the latest round of violence. Similarly, Israel has now faced the highest ever rate of rocket attacks - around 3,000 - on its territory by Hamas Militants. Imtiaz Tyab reports.
