Iran nuclear deal stalls on disagreements over planned reactor

High-level talks in Geneva over reining in Iran's nuclear program stalled over calls for tougher measures against Iran's planned nuclear reactor and its stockpile of highly enriched uranium. Secretary of State John Kerry, who attended the talks, defended the effort to reach an agreement while reassuring Israel that the U.S. is not letting its guard down. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
