Fire chief in Richmond, Indiana, discusses large-scale industrial fire
Evacuations were ordered in Richmond, Indiana, as a result of a large-scale industrial fire that started at a recycling facility on Monday. More than 2,000 people were told to leave their homes as a result of the flames and toxic chemicals being released in the plumes of smoke.
