Gulf Coast braces for potential tropical storm
The central Gulf Coast is bracing for potentially devastating flooding from what could become Hurricane Barry. Louisiana is already under a state of emergency as that system builds strength in the Gulf of Mexico. Hurricane watches are in effect along the coast and up to 10,000 people have been ordered to evacuate. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
