GOP holding confirmation hearings before vetting complete

The Office of Congressional Ethics has not yet had time to examine each of Donald Trump's nominees' finances for potential conflicts of interest. Democrats are crying foul and trying to delay the many confirmation hearings set for this week. Nancy Cordes reports.
