Girl with terminal cancer gets surprise visit from K-9 officers
Emma Mertens, a 7-year-old Wisconsin girl who was diagnosed with terminal cancer in January, loves dogs. Over the weekend, she received a heartfelt surprise when nearly 40 police departments and their K-9 officers visited her.
