Friends start "The Coalition Series" to bring Black and Jewish Americans together in Detroit
After realizing their communities were not often in the same spaces together, longtime friends Jacob Smith and Brandon Colvin started "The Coalition Series" to prompt dialogue between Jewish and Black Detroiters. Now, their events are teaching members of both groups how they can support each other and breaking down barriers in the process. Adriana Diaz reports.
