Florida Supreme Court considering abortion rights ballot wording

The Florida Supreme Court will soon decide if new laws restricting abortion rights will go into effect and whether Florida voters will see a referendum question about abortion access on the November ballot. CBS News Miami reporter Teri Hornstein has more.
