Florida police officer fired after video shows him dragging woman into jail

A Tampa police officer was fired after security video showed him dragging a handcuffed woman across the floor at the Orient Road Jail. The woman had been arrested for trespassing. The department said its policy forbids officers from dragging uncooperative suspects on the ground.
