A federal appeals court is set to hear arguments over President Trump's deployment of the National Guard to Los Angeles amid the anti-ICE protests. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily paused a lower court's order for the Trump administration to return control of the National Guard to California.
