FBI launches study on psychology of mass shooters

In the last decade, the occurrences of mass shootings have dramatically increased in the U.S. Now, the FBI is launching a study to learn more about the psychology of mass shooters and what might be driving them to commit these crimes. Former FBI profiler and George Mason University Forensic Science program director Mary Ellen O'Toole joins CBSN with her insights.
