A coffee shop in California – boasting the name "Dumb Starbucks" and displaying a logo identical to the coffee giant – is serving up beverages to a crowd of confused customers. The shop's owners, who have yet to be identified, claim they are allowed to use the name and logo because adding the word "dumb" categorizes the store as a work of parody art.
