Democrats to stop President Trump from overhauling nation's "failing infrastructure"

Now that President Trump has signed the massive tax overhaul bill, he has plans to keep the momentum going. Next on his agenda: Overhauling our nation's "failing infrastructure." But Democrats say they'll fight him on that. Chip Reid reports.
