Deadly downpours destroy homes across South
More than 17 million people are facing a severe weather threat. Storm systems are targeting the Northeast and the South. Flooding in southern states has killed at least six people, four of them in Louisiana. President Obama has issued a disaster declaration for the area. David Begnaud reports.
