Dead fetus found in American Airlines plane toilet at LaGuardia Airport

A member of a cleaning crew made a disturbing discovery in an American Airlines plane's bathroom early Tuesday morning. The attendant found a dead fetus in the airplane's toilet. Authorities are investigating the incident.
