David Begnaud reflects on Hurricane Maria coverage
More than one million people are expected to attend this year's Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City. The celebration is held as the island still struggles to recover from Hurricane Maria. CBS News' David Begnaud spoke with CBS New York's Dana Tyler about his time reporting on the island.
