More than 40,000 cruise ship workers still stranded at sea

More than 40,000 people have been stuck aboard cruise ships for months amid the coronavirus pandemic. Many cruise lines are headquartered in Miami but incorporated in small Caribbean tax haven countries, which say they lack the infrastructure to handle boatloads of potentially infected foreigners.
