Critics say new Farm Bill loaded with waste

The new $965 billion dollar bi-partisan Farm Bill is drawing criticism from taxpayer watchdog groups who say the legislation is loaded with corporate welfare and hand outs for special interest groups. Sharyl Attkisson reports.
