Cincinnati shooting's death toll could have been higher, authorities say
Authorities said the death toll in a gunman's attack on a downtown Cincinnati office building could have been higher. Omar Enrique Santa Perez, 29, shot three people to death before he was fatally shot by police officers in a brief gunbattle. Police said he was carrying hundreds of rounds of ammunition.
