China's annual ice festival turns town into frozen wonderland

Every winter in the city of Harbin, in China's northeast, more than 7,000 workers haul in 180,000 cubic meters of ice from the frozen Songhua river for the annual ice festival. Filled with flashy lights and artistic decadence, the festival has become an attraction for locals and tourists. Seth Doane reports.
