Charity to pay death benefits for fallen troops

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said he was "offended, outraged and embarrassed" that the government reneged on its commitment to care for families of fallen soldiers. Hagel was able to work out a deal with a private charity, The Fisher House, to make the $100,000 payments to servicemembers' families until the shutdown ends. David Martin reports.
