Carolinas flood recovery beginning
After unprecedented flooding killed 21 people and destroyed an untold number of homes, the recovery process is finally beginning in the Carolinas. More than 300 roads and bridges across South Carolina remain closed though, making already difficult efforts even harder. CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reports.
