Carney warns Canada of Trump's threats as he celebrates election victory

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney warned voters about President Trump's repeated threats as he celebrated his election victory. Carney said Mr. Trump is trying to break Canadians so that the U.S. can "own" the neighboring nation. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul reports.
