Capitol Police clear officer in fatal shooting of January 6 rioter Ashli Babbitt

An internal investigation by U.S. Capitol Police has found that the officer who shot and killed a California woman, Ashli Babbitt, outside the House chamber during the January 6 Capitol riot acted lawfully and within the department's policy. CBSN's "Red & Blue" host Elaine Quijano reports.
