Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to make first court appearance

Victims of the Boston Marathon bombing will come face-to-face with suspect when he makes his first court appearance. Tsarnaev, 19, is expected to enter a plea at his arraignment in federal court in Boston. Anthony Mason reports.
