Blizzard slamming California's Sierra Nevada, expected to bring dangerous high winds
California's Sierra Nevada is already seeing rapid snowfall that's expected to continue overnight and through Saturday morning. High winds could down power lines and trees, and up to 12 feet of snow is expected to fall in some parts of the region. CBS News' Carter Evans reports from Truckee, California.
