Australian study tests tuberculosis vaccine against coronavirus

A century-old vaccine used to treat tuberculosis, known as the BCG vaccine, is showing promise in treating coronavirus symptoms. In CBS News' latest installment of "Racing to a Cure," researchers say it might also lessen the severity of coronavirus by boosting the body's ability to fight off the infection before it gets worse.
