Appeals court rules in favor of abortion pill restrictions
A federal appeals court on Wednesday ruled in favor of limiting access to the abortion pill mifepristone. However, the new ruling won't go into effect due to a Supreme Court decision in April that halted the lower court's order as the appeals process plays out.
