Americans confused by tipping culture; most say tips are expected in more places, study finds
A new study from Pew Research Center found only 34% of Americans think it's easy to determine whether to leave a tip while 72% say they feel tipping is expected in more places now than five years ago. Drew DeSilver, a senior writer at Pew Research Center, joined CBS News to discuss the findings.
