New drug wins FDA approval to treat chronic migraines

U.S. regulators have approved the first drug designed to prevent chronic migraines, clearing the monthly shot Aimovig to hit the market soon. It's the first in a new class of long-acting drugs for preventing migraines. CBS News' Dr. Max Gomez reports.
