Asiana flight 214 from Seoul to San Francisco hit a seawall as it tried to land. The NTSB is launching and investigation; and 3 Latin American countries -- Nicaragua, Venezuela and Bolivia -- have made offers of asylum to NSA leaker Edward Snowden.
