TxDOT denies city of Dallas’ exemption to keep decorative crosswalks

TxDOT said the city of Dallas has until the end of the month to either fix or send in a new request to keep decorative crosswalks that include the LGBTQ+ crosswalks in the Oak Lawn neighborhood and the Black Lives Matter mural on MLK Boulevard.
