Texas parents in D.C. call for more disaster prep funding
Texas parents gathered outside the White House Monday to call for more protections from what they say are "climate-fueled disasters." The group was surrounded by 27 trunks representing the 27 young girls lost when the flooding hit Camp Mystic along the Guadalupe River.
