Texas leaders reach deal on property tax reform package
After weeks of stalemate, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick and House Speaker Dade Phelan announced an agreement on property tax relief Monday morning. Gov. Greg Abbott released a statement saying he will sign it once passed by the State Legislature.
