Testimony continues in trial of Dallas doctor accused of tampering with IV bags
Dr. Raynaldo Ortiz is accused of poisoning IV bags at Baylor Scott and White Surgicare Center in North Dallas. Yesterday, the husband of Dr. Melanie Kaspar testified, saying his wife—who worked at the hospital—brought an IV bag home from the hospital to rehydrate after not feeling well. She later died from complications.
