Salvation Army, Reliant Energy help provide heat relief for North Texans
Volunteers gave fans and supplies to Dallas residents at one of the Salvation Army's cooling stations. Those cooling stations are open across North Texas daily now, and provide food, water, and cool shelter to anyone who needs it.
